About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Gebruder Weiss Pte Ltd in the Central Region. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving new lead initiatives to generate potential clients.

How You Can Contribute:

  • Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining and developing existing accounts.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and expanded business opportunities.

  • Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • min.3 years of proven experience in a senior business development or sales role doing hunting, preferably within the Freight Forwarding & Logistics sector.

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market trends and develop tailored solutions.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to track and report on sales performance.
