Hiring | Senior Business Development Manager – Africa (Nigeria Focus)
Location: Delhi-NCR (Hybrid) with regular travel to Nigeria
Reporting To: Founder & CEO

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to lead market entry and expansion across Africa, with a primary focus on Nigeria. The role involves building a strong distribution network while coordinating closely with the Regulatory team to ensure successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market entry strategy for Nigeria and expansion across Africa.
- Identify, evaluate, and appoint strong pharmaceutical distributors.
- Build relationships with distributors, retailers, hospitals, and institutional stakeholders.
- Drive both private market and government tender business.
- Coordinate with the Regulatory team to align launches with product registrations.
- Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements.
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve revenue and business development targets.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Business Development/Exports.
- Strong exposure to the African market, especially Nigeria or West Africa.
- Proven experience in building and managing distributor networks.
- Existing relationships within the Nigerian pharmaceutical ecosystem.
- Experience in Finished Formulations preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Nigeria.

Competitive Fixed Salary + Performance-based Variable (linked to distributor appointments, orders, and revenue milestones).
