We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead and drive strategic sales and marketing initiatives across regions, fostering relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional value propositions. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the sales cycle, strong networking abilities, and a proven track record of success in selling IT services and software.
Responsibilities
- Drive all sales and marketing activities within your region while collaborating across regions to share insights and strategies
- Coordinate and oversee the preparation of business value propositions, sales plans, and RFPs/RFQs/RFIs
- Act as a liaison between business units, sales, partner, and executive teams to streamline key initiatives
- Identify opportunities and joint target accounts in partnership with cloud vendors
- Collaboratively manage joint opportunities by coordinating with EPAM and partner teams, including pipeline and forecast reviews
- Work closely with assigned partner managers to craft and deliver product messaging that reinforces EPAM's value proposition as a trusted systems integrator
- Lead joint marketing initiatives alongside marketing teams to drive brand presence and business prospects
Requirements
- 15-18 years of experience in business development or sales roles, with demonstrated expertise in the full sales lifecycle
- Background in selling software and IT services to GCCs within India
- Proficiency in solutions selling with a history of success in building and maintaining client and internal relationships
- Ability to build relationships and networks, excelling in meeting new people and fostering connections
- Skills in effective communication across teams, including verbal, written, collaborative, and interpersonal proficiency
- English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication
