About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to lead global business growth for our IT services division. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise IT sales, client relationship management, and end-to-end business development across international markets.
This role requires someone who can identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth for services including Web & Mobile App Development, Cloud Solutions, AI/ML, DevOps, and Data Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and revenue generation for IT services globally
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop strategic sales plans aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for effective solution pitching
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecasting process using CRM tools
- Represent the organization at networking events and client meetings
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the IT services industry
- Proven experience handling international clients, especially US/UK/Europe markets
- Strong understanding of IT services and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking platforms
