Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales and client acquisition in Security, Housekeeping, and Manpower Services. The role involves handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads across industries, plants, mines, and corporate offices
Drive sales for Security, Facility Management, and Manpower Services
Manage end-to-end sales cycle (Lead → Meeting → Closure)
Build relationships with HR/Admin/Procurement teams
Achieve sales targets and maintain pipeline
Requirements
8–10 years in Security / Facility Management / Manpower industry
Strong B2B sales experience & local network in Odisha
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Comfortable in a field sales role
