We are looking for a Senior Business Development Leader with strong experience driving growth for high-precision CNC machine components across the Industrial, Mobility, and Energy sectors.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in global OEM and Tier-1 customer ecosystems.
• Strong track record in strategic customer acquisition and RFQ conversion.
• Experience managing long-cycle business programs and driving value-chain growth initiatives.
• Exposure to export and international business development for high-value engineered products.
• Sound understanding of precision machining, critical tolerance manufacturing, and techno-commercial sales.
• Ability to engage with senior leadership, sourcing, engineering, and procurement teams of global customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship management skills.
