Senior Business Development Manager (BTL)

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (BTL) to join our team in Mumbai for a full-time, on-site role. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the BTL marketing space. This includes fostering strong client relationships, managing the end-to-end sales process, pitching creative concepts to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional campaign results. Additionally, the role involves market research, client presentations, and ensuring client satisfaction by exceeding expectations.

• Proven expertise in business development, client relationship management, and strategic sales planning
• Strong background in BTL marketing, experiential campaigns, and brand activations
• Proficient in market analysis, proposal development, and pitching creative solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects effectively
• Prior experience in event management or marketing agencies is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
