About the Role:
Canary Digital is an AI-First technology company. We are moving beyond traditional digital services to build and deploy Enterprise AI Products and Platforms. We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts.
This is not a Digital Marketing Executive role. This is a strategic sales role for a hunter who understands how to sell complex Technology Solutions, Custom Software, and AI products to decision-makers.
What You Will Do:
- Sell Tech, Not Just Services: Your primary focus is selling our Proprietary AI Products and Custom Software Solutions. Digital Marketing services will be sold as a strategic add-on.
- Target High-Value Clients: Move away from small transactional deals. You will identify and close mid-to-large enterprise accounts in India and global markets (GCC/US).
- Manage the Full Cycle: You are responsible for the entire pipelinefrom prospecting (Cold calling, LinkedIn) to negotiation and closing.
- Defend the Value: You will present proposals that focus on ROI and efficiency, maintaining our premium positioning rather than discounting to win.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B Sales, with at least 2 years specifically selling Software, SaaS, or IT Solutions.
- Education:MBA (Marketing/Systems) or B.Tech/BE background is preferred. We need someone who understands the business of technology.
- The Hunter Mindset: You don't wait for inbound leads. You have a proven track record of generating your own leads through networking and outreach.
- Tech-Savvy: You can comfortably discuss APIs, Cloud Solutions, and AI integration with a CTO or IT Head.
- Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication is non-negotiable for dealing with international clients.
Compensation Package:
- Competitive Base Salary: 6,00,000 9,00,000 PA (Based on experience and track record).
- Uncapped Commission: High-percentage incentives on every closed deal.
