Senior Business Development Lead – Hospitality

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly energetic and result-driven Senior Business Development Lead with strong experience in offline and field marketing within the hospitality industry.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business through direct client meetings, corporate visits, partnerships, and local networking to drive room bookings, banquet business, events, and F&B revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation (Offline)
- Identify and approach corporate companies, travel agents, event planners, wedding planners, institutions, and local businesses
- Conduct daily field visits, cold calls, and in-person meetings
- Generate leads for:
o Corporate outing bookings
o Banquet events & conferences
o Weddings & social events
o F&B packages and group bookings
o The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales and relationship building.
o Develop local partnerships and tie-ups to increase brand visibility
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and B2B clients
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed business
- Ensure repeat business and client retention
- Handle client meetings, property visits, and presentations
Sales Target & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly individual revenue targets
- Convert walk-in and field leads into confirmed bookings
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Maintain strong sales pipeline and conversion ratio
Offline Marketing & Networking
- Represent the property at:
o Exhibitions
o Local events
o Networking meets
o Corporate activations
- Distribute marketing materials and create local awareness
- Identify new market segments and business opportunities
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with Operations, Front Office, and Banquet teams for smooth execution
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM and daily sales reports
- Share weekly performance and pipeline reports with management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Hospitality Sales / Field Sales
- Strong experience in offline marketing and corporate sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
- Comfortable with extensive local travel and client visits
Language Preference
- English (Mandatory)
- Hindi (Preferred)
- Kannada (Preferred)
