Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive located in Jaipur. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and developing partnerships to drive revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, preparing business strategies, and negotiating contracts. Additional duties include collaborating with internal teams for effective delivery of solutions and representing the company in meetings and events.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Market Analysis
  • Proficiency in Negotiation, Relationship Management, and Client Retention
  • Experience in Communication, Presentation, and Networking
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet performance targets
  • Proven experience in identifying and closing business opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Prior experience in the education or technology sector is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Englis
  • Must have own laptop and mobile phone for work.
  • Office timings: 11am to 9:30 pm (8 hours productivity and 2-2.5 hours break).
  • Working days: Wednesday to Sunday (Monday & Tuesday week off).
  • CTC 7 LPA( 5 lpa fixed + 2 lpa variable)
