Role Overview
As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our institutional sales. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading sales efforts to achieve revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a sales team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of our company.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, online and offline lead sources, and outbound outreach.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. Handle inbound inquiries and conduct consistent follow-ups to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Sales, Presentations & Negotiation: Present and demonstrate products or solutions, communicate value propositions clearly, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals in line with company targets.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, manage customer data, and track all sales activities and deal progress.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Payments & Collections Manager: End-to-end payment follow-ups to ensure timely collections and smooth transaction closures.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a sales team.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends.
- Prior experience managing a sales team and driving revenue growth.
- CRM proficiency and experience with sales pipeline management preferred.
