Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Rohini. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, and building and maintaining client relationships. Your role will involve negotiating with potential clients, fostering strong client engagements, and actively contributing to the achievement of company sales goals. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver tailored real estate solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong communication skills, including client communication and effective presentation abilities
• Experience in Account Management, and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients
• Solid understanding of business development strategies and market trends in real estate
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable
