Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced US Lead Generation Executive with a strong background in the US staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, building prospect databases, and supporting business development efforts for US recruitment services

.

• Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads for US IT and Non-IT staffing services.
• Research prospective clients using LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and other online platforms.
• Identify hiring managers, HR contacts, procurement managers, and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain an accurate prospect database.
• Conduct email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling (if required).
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain CRM with updated lead information and activity logs.
• Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with recruiters and sales teams to align lead-generation efforts with hiring demands.

Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.

• Required Skills
• 2–5+ years of experience in US staffing lead generation.
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment and staffing industry.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Rocket Reach, Lusha, or similar lead-generation tools.
• Good knowledge of MSP, VMS, Direct Clients, and C2C/W2 recruitment models.
• Excellent internet research and data-mining skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.

Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in US IT staffing is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.

Familiarity with email automation and outreach campaigns.

• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Appointments scheduled with prospective clients.
• Conversion rate from leads to opportunities.
• Accuracy and completeness of CRM data.

Monthly and quarterly lead-generation targets achieved.
