Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience: 4–6 Years

Qualification: MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related specialization)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Greater Noida, West

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 4–6 years of experience and an MBA degree to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and strengthen customer relationships. The candidate will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, generating leads, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Generate and qualify leads from various channels and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's customer base.
  • Maintain sales pipeline data and customer records using CRM tools.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and business growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2C sales and corporate client management.
  • Strong networking and lead-generation capabilities.
  • Knowledge of market analysis and strategic planning.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in preparing business proposals and commercial documentation.
