Designation: Sr BDE
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, research, and engage potential clients through outbound and inbound channels.
2. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads using CRM and sales tracking tools.
3. Lead pitch presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts
4. Collaborate with strategy, design, and marketing teams to shape compelling solutions tailored to client needs.
5. Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
6. Achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding a consultative and relationship-first approach.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver winning pitches.
8. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue
9. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
10. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
11. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
12. Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and explore upselling opportunities.
Other Details:
Job Location: Pune.
5 Days working.
Salary: Reasonable hike in current salary.
