Job Title: Business Development Executive
Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving business growth through outbound calling, lead generation, and client engagement. The role involves interacting with institutions and corporate clients, understanding their requirements, and supporting the Business Development team in closing deals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and want to grow in the B2B education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and set up meetings
2. Identify and engage with potential clients through calls and emails
3. Support in proposal drafting and sales documentation
4. Maintain and update client databases (CRM/Excel)
5. Research and qualify new leads and opportunities
6. Coordinate with the Business Development team for meetings and follow-ups
7. Build and maintain strong client relationships
8. Assist in achieving sales targets and business objectives
Salary Package: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA (depend on interview performance and overall experience)
Office Location: Suits Workspaces Private Limited Plot No. 14, Yudishthir Marg Ashok Nagar, C-Scheme Jaipur Rajasthan 302001 India

Qualification & Requirements:
1. Graduate from a recognized university
2. 0.6 to 3 years of experience in Telecalling / Telemarketing / Inside Sales
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills

5. Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
