Drive high-quality lead generation, outbound prospecting, and sales pipeline development across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads via LinkedIn Outreach, Cold Calling, Upwork Bidding, Email Campaigns
- Perform prospect research, qualification & lead nurturing
- Connect with decision-makers (Founders, CTOS, CXOS)
- Manage outreach, follow-ups & client communication
- Maintain and track sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with sales & closing team for smooth conversion
What We're Looking For
- Experience in IT Services / Software Sales (International Market mandatory)
- Strong expertise in Lead Generation, Prospecting & Pipeline Management
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, Cold Calling, Email Marketing
- Ability to engage with C-level executives & global clients
- Target-driven, process-oriented & consistent performer
