You won't be one more BD hire. You'll have direct ownership of your pipeline, autonomy to run outreach and deals end-to-end, and the chance to shape our go-to-market motion with visibility across leadership, delivery, and marketing.
Role Overview:
As the Business Development professional, you'll be responsible for drivingbusinessgrowth across geographies by developing new client relationships, expanding key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will collaborate closely with delivery and marketing teams to build differentiated value propositions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Drive new client acquisition and manage end-to-end enterprise deal cycles.
- Identify and nurture strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel opportunities.
- Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to design tailored proposals and pitches.
- Own revenue targets, pipeline forecasting, and client relationship governance.
- Represent the company at key industry events, forums, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in IT services/software sales.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably in areas such as digital, cloud, ERP, or data-driven solutions.
- Experience working in mid-sized IT firms or startups, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of solution-selling, consultative sales, and global delivery models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes and teams from the ground up.
