Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Experience: 1–2 Years

Industry Preference: EdTech

Location: Chandanagar

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive / Senior Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Engage with potential customers (students, professionals, institutions) to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses/programs.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and counselling sessions to convert leads into enrollments.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in the EdTech sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
