We are a four-decade-old company (based in Haridwar, Uttarakhand) with an outlook for the future having rich and diverse experience in precision spring manufacturing. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our organisation, in Delhi NCR.

Role Description

A field sales executive is responsible for meeting potential and existing

customers in person to promote and sell the company's products or services. The role

involves achieving sales targets, generating sales by visiting clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting products or services directly in the field (outside the office).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits
  • Meet prospective customers to present and explain products/services
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitors
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to management
  • To do negotiation with new customer
  • Follow up on payments, leads and inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
  • Prepare the cost break up for new sample
  • Resolve the customer's complaints
  • Meet the customer and take the sample and drawing

Required Skill:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
  • Strong computer skills like Ms Excel, PowerPoint and Ms word

Work Environment:

  • Mostly field-based (travel required)
  • Flexible working hours depending on client meetings
