Job Description

Role Objective

As a Senior BDE, you will drive our Campus-to-Corporate engine. Your mission is three-fold: leverage Digital & Offline Marketing to generate high-quality B2C and B2B leads, secure MoUs with educational institutions, and build a robust placement pipeline by partnering with hiring companies.

Experience: 4+ Years (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

1. 360 Marketing & Lead Acquisition

  • Digital Strategy: Execute and oversee B2C digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to drive course inquiries.
  • B2B & B2C Synergy: Balance direct student enrollment (B2C) with institutional/corporate tie-ups (B2B).
  • Offline Presence: Organize on-ground marketing activities, including seminars, workshops, and booth setups at educational hubs.

2. Institutional Partnerships (The On-the-Go Specialist)

  • Field Visits: Spend 6070% of your time on the field visiting colleges and universities.
  • MoU Execution: Pitch and finalize Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) for integrated training programs and campus-wide enrollments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build deep relationships with College Principals, Deans, and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs).

3. Placement Pipeline & Corporate Relations

  • Hiring Partnerships: Identify and visit companies/corporates to onboard them as Hiring Partners for our trained students.
  • Pipeline Management: Work with the training team to ensure students are industry-ready and match the specific needs of your corporate network.

4. CRM & Sales Integration

  • Data Discipline: End-to-end management of the sales funnel using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate with the internal sales team to convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into enrollments.

  • Candidate Profile

    • The Experience: Minimum 4 years in EdTech Business Development with a proven track record in both sales and placements.
    • The Tech Stack: Proficient in CRM management and familiar with digital marketing dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
    • The Hustle: High energy and always on the go. You thrive on the field, not behind a desk.
    • Communication: Exceptional pitching skillsable to convince a 19-year-old student and a 50-year-old University Dean with equal ease.
