Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Business Development role based in Kochi. The professional will identify and engage prospective students and corporate clients, conduct consultative discussions to understand their career goals, and recommend appropriate PrepQ programs. Daily tasks include managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, conducting presentations and counseling sessions, and closing enrollments to meet and exceed sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with training and administration teams for seamless onboarding, maintaining strong relationships with learners and partners, and contributing to sales strategy and market development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and provide clear, helpful guidance.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including lead conversion and target achievement.
• Ability to deliver Training or product presentations and explain complex qualification pathways in a simple manner.
• Experience in education, test preparation, or professional certification programs is an advantage.
• Ability to work with CRM tools, analyze sales data, and prepare concise reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
