Role Summary:
We are looking for a pure hunter, a high-energy, aggressive Enterprise Sales Manager who thrives on building pipelines from scratch, breaking into new enterprise accounts, and closing complex, high-value optimization solutions.
This role is built for someone who owns outbound, excels at cold calling senior stakeholders, and has a strong track record of winning large enterprise deals for platform-based solutions combined with custom implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new logo acquisition with a 100% outbound mindset.
Build and maintain targeted enterprise B2B prospect lists.
Execute consistent, high-impact cold calling and cold outreach.
Penetrate large enterprise accounts and engage CXOs, VPs, and senior decision-makers.
Conduct deep discovery to uncover operational, optimization, and efficiency challenges.
Position enterprise optimization platforms and custom-built solutions through consultative selling.
Own the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.
Partner with pre-sales and solution teams to create tailored, high-value proposals.
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying and procurement processes.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting in CRM.
Consistently achieve aggressive revenue and new-account targets.
Required Experience & Skills:
46 years of enterprise B2B hunter sales experience.
Proven success in outbound sales, including list building and cold calling.
Demonstrated ability to close large, complex, enterprise deals.
Experience selling enterprise platforms with customization or services-led solutions.
Strong objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
High resilience, ownership, and execution-focused mindset.
Ability to clearly articulate business value, ROI, and impact to senior stakeholders.
Strong CRM and sales intelligence tool experience.
Priority Industry Experience (Strong Advantage)
Candidates with prior experience selling into Automotive and/or Logistics enterprises will be strongly preferred
Existing understanding of automotive operations, supply chains, manufacturing, or logistics workflows will be considered a significant advantage.
