We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Business Development– Odoo Solutions to lead revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition initiatives for our Odoo ERP business. This role will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding the Odoo customer base, and overseeing integrated marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand positioning, and support long-term business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of leadership, commercial acumen, and digital marketing expertise, along with a proven track record of growing an Odoo ERP or enterprise software business in competitive markets. The candidate should have experience in consultative B2B sales, Odoo implementation services, ERP solution marketing, partner ecosystem development, and go-to-market strategy execution to drive sustainable business growth.

Requirements

1. Define and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Odoo ERP solutions and services.
2. Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand the Odoo customer base.
3. Drive end-to-end Odoo ERP sales, from lead generation and solution consulting to negotiation and deal closure.
4. Develop new business opportunities and manage key client relationships across target industries.
5. Collaborate with marketing to execute demand generation campaigns and ensure sales and marketing alignment.
6. Work closely with solution consultants and delivery teams to propose tailored Odoo ERP solutions.
7. Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, KPIs, and CRM metrics to improve business performance.
8. Stay updated on Odoo products, ERP market trends, and competitor offerings to identify new growth opportunities.
