Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Business Development Executive role based in Indore. The position involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across Nliven's IT, Financial Accounting, and Legal & Compliance services, and building a strong opportunity pipeline. The Senior Business Development Executive will conduct market research, generate and nurture leads through calls, emails, social platforms, and events, and schedule and lead client meetings and presentations. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, coordinating with internal technical and delivery teams to shape solutions, negotiating terms, and supporting contract closure. The role also includes managing key accounts, tracking performance against sales targets, maintaining accurate CRM data, and providing regular business performance and market feedback reports to leadership.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated strength in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of building and converting a robust sales pipeline.
  • Solid Business acumen, including understanding of outsourcing models and technology-enabled services, and the ability to align solutions with client needs.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Proven Account Management capabilities, including relationship-building, cross-selling and up-selling, and ongoing client satisfaction management.
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT services, consulting, or outsourcing environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, productivity applications, and online research platforms to manage opportunities and report performance.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
