Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Jaipur for a full-time on-site role. In this position, you will identify opportunities to drive new business growth and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, and finalizing deals. Responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategies to expand business opportunities, and managing existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to tailor effective solutions and achieve business targets is also central to this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and convert prospects into clients.
  • Experience in Business Development and Account Management to effectively maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Exceptional Communication skills for verbal and written interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding business targets and goals.
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
