Key Responsibilities:
Drive primary and secondary sales for Modern Trade in assigned territory- .Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- .Manage and grow business with national and regional modern trade account
- sMaintain strong relationships with category managers and store managers of key MT accounts
- .Negotiate visibility, promotions, and joint business plans
- .Execute trade marketing plans effectively
- .Ensure planogram compliance and optimal shelf visibility
- .Manage stock levels, timely replenishment, and order processing
- .Coordinate with distributors/SS for product availability and timely deliveries
- .Track competitor activities and market trends
- .Share insights with internal stakeholders to aid strategic planning
- .Regularly update sales performance and stock status
- .Submit accurate and timely MIS reports
