Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive primary and secondary sales for Modern Trade in assigned territory
  • .Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • .Manage and grow business with national and regional modern trade account
  • sMaintain strong relationships with category managers and store managers of key MT accounts
  • .Negotiate visibility, promotions, and joint business plans
  • .Execute trade marketing plans effectively
  • .Ensure planogram compliance and optimal shelf visibility
  • .Manage stock levels, timely replenishment, and order processing
  • .Coordinate with distributors/SS for product availability and timely deliveries
  • .Track competitor activities and market trends
  • .Share insights with internal stakeholders to aid strategic planning
  • .Regularly update sales performance and stock status
  • .Submit accurate and timely MIS reports
