We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions/services
- Conduct product/service presentations and follow-ups
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements:
- 3 – 6 years of experience in Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
