Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions/services
  • Conduct product/service presentations and follow-ups
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

  • 3 – 6 years of experience in Business Development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Mandatory:

✔ Multilingual candidates preferred – fluency in Telugu / Hindi / Kannada is required
