Laya Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive sales for our Cybersecurity, Cloud, and IT Infrastructure solutions.
The role involves lead generation, client engagement, solution pitching, proposal preparation, and achieving sales targets in the CCS domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients for Cybersecurity & Cloud Solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calls, visits, networking, and digital outreach.
- Present and promote Laya Tech's IT security & cloud offerings to customers.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable CCS solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for demos & proposals.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and manage accounts.
- Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and maintain CRM updates.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity & cloud trends, competitors, and market demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 14 years of experience in IT Sales / Cybersecurity / Cloud / SaaS (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technology solutions.
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
- Fluency in Hindi & English preferred.
Preferred Knowledge Areas
- Cybersecurity solutions: Endpoint Security, MDM, EDR/XDR, Email Security
- Cloud services: Backup, Cloud Security, IAM, Infrastructure Solutions
- Basic understanding of network & server environments
- Experience in B2B/Enterprise sales
