TEAM LEAD | 2–3 Years Experience

* Manage a team of 6–7 sales professionals

* Drive 50+ numbers/month

* Maintain 12–14+ individual numbers per team member

* Drive referrals, lead conversions & overall team performance

* Coach, motivate and develop team members

SENIOR BDE / BDE

* Proven individual sales track record

* Strong conversion across multiple lead sources

* Target-driven and performance-oriented approach

* Ability to mentor and support team members

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
