Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive based in Indore. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with clients across various industries. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation through multiple channels, qualifying prospects, conducting meetings and presentations, and preparing proposals aligned with client needs and IT Softlab's solutions. The Senior Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to refine offerings, ensure smooth onboarding, and support account growth. The role also includes tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing to strategic planning to expand market presence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Business relationship-building skills to maintain and grow client accounts.
- Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience in B2B technology or SaaS products, preferably in IT services, CRM, ERP, or related solutions.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
