Primary Title: Senior Business Development Manager - IT Services
Location: India | Workplace: Remote
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new enterprise accounts across target industries; build and maintain a healthy revenue pipeline using outbound and inbound channels.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, solution mapping with delivery teams, proposal creation, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop compelling proposals and commercial models tailored to client objectives; manage RFP/RFI responses and partner with legal for contracting.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and technical leads to define solution scope, timelines, and pricing; ensure seamless handover to delivery post-signing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, provide weekly forecasts, and report against sales KPIs to drive predictable revenue outcomes.
- Forge long-term C-level and stakeholder relationships to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and secure repeat business.
