Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Ahmedabad location. The role involves driving revenue growth through identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and negotiating contracts. The candidate will contribute to strategic planning, conduct market research, and work collaboratively with internal teams to tailor solutions for clients. Other responsibilities include preparing business proposals, attending industry events, and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to identify and evaluate new market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans focused on long-term growth.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions, trends, and emerging technologies, especially in areas like AI, software development, and cloud computing, is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding business targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
