Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities in HVAC, MEP, and Building Services.
  • Handle B2B sales with builders, consultants, corporates, and contractors.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers.
  • Coordinate with design and project teams for accurate costing and solutions.
  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Perform market and competitor analysis.
  • Build long-term relationships and ensure repeat business.
