*Job Title: Battery Sales Executive*

*Location:* Jaipur (Rajasthan)

*Job Summary:*

The Battery Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of battery products, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical knowledge about battery products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Sales and Business Development:*

- Identify and target potential customers and markets for battery products.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers.

2. *Customer Relationship Management:*

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly.

- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

3. *Product Knowledge and Training:*

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of battery products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.

- Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.

- Provide product training and technical support to customers and team members.

4. *Sales Administration:*

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.

- Manage and update customer database and sales records.

- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.

5. *Marketing and Promotion:*

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.

- Provide feedback on market conditions and product requirements to the product development team.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the battery or related industry.

- Strong understanding of battery products and their applications.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
