Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with new partner schools, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. The role includes conducting market research, building strategic partnerships, creating proposals, and maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data to identify opportunities and create actionable recommendations to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conduct market research and develop strategic plans
- Leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively to achieve goals
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and improve processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience in data analysis is a plus
- Familiarity with the education industry, particularly school admissions, is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
