The Opportunity:

Excelien is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. As a Senior Business Development Executive at Excelien, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within mid to large-sized organizations. You will strategically engage with key IT leadership, initiating impactful conversations around how our advanced technology solutions can address their challenges and contribute to their success.

This pivotal role demands a confident and proactive approach, coupled with a deep understanding of our service offerings. You will play a critical part in expanding Excelien's market presence and collaborate closely with our leadership team to contribute directly to our strategic growth objectives.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 INR per month
• Incentive: Highly competitive, uncapped incentive structure with achievable earnings potential of 60,000+ per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, research, and profile potential client organizations and key decision-makers within the target market segment. Maintain a structured and organized sales pipeline utilizing our CRM system.
• Initiate contact and successfully secure introductory meetings through professional cold calling, strategic social selling techniques, and diligent follow-up processes.
• Enhance client interactions by providing insightful perspectives on relevant industry trends, market dynamics, and how our solutions align with their strategic goals.
• Systematically document and present client objections, feedback, and emerging opportunities during regular team meetings to inform strategy and facilitate collective learning.
