Role Overview:

We are looking for a male or a female candidates for the two roles.The position requires a dynamic, target-driven professional to grow partnerships across government, corporate, and entertainment sectors. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator with solid sales experience in the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Pitch and collaborate with government bodies, corporates, agencies and brands for events, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Identify and close business opportunities in events, talent management and brand activations.

Manage artist deals and coordinate with internal teams.

Achieve monthly sales targets and represent TalentWala in pitches and networking events.

Travel across Odisha and outside of Odisha for meetings and event operations.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

5+ years of BD/Sales experience in a reputed event agency.

Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Target-driven mindset with proven results.

Willing to work from office and travel across Odisha.

Energetic, self-motivated, and professional.
