About the Company :

Conservtel Engineering is a global provider of Fiber Network Engineering and Design Services for the telecommunications and utility industries. We specialize in delivering end-to-end Outside Plant (OSP) solutions for broadband expansion projects across North America, Europe, and Australia.

Role Summary :

The Director Business Development will lead the company's New Business and Sales

Vertical for Telecom Outside Plant Engineering services. This is a strategic leadership role

responsible for driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, expanding

into new geographies, and achieving aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute high-impact business development strategies for telecom OSP

services.

Identify and penetrate new markets and high-value customer accounts.

Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation through deal closure.

Build and manage a high-conversion sales pipeline aligned with growth targets.

Establish and maintain relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers.

Lead RFQs, RFPs, proposals, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.

Provide periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and performance reports.

Represent the company at national and international industry events.

Key Competencies & Skills :

Strategic and consultative sales approach

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

High accountability and execution discipline

Understanding of telecom broadband business models

Excellent stakeholder communication and organization skills

Experience & Qualifications :

Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in telecom broadband engineering or OSP

services

Proven experience working with Telcos, MSOs, and E-Cooperative Utilities

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and modern CRM platforms

Compensation & Benefits :

Fixed Salary: 6 9 LPA (based on experience and contribution). Performance-linked

incentive compensation. Company-supported travel for international assignments.
