Job Description – Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE)
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) with strong expertise in IT Services Sales, Resource Augmentation (IT Staffing), and Project-Based Business Development.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end business development, including lead generation, prospecting, outreach, client meetings, requirement gathering, follow-ups, proposal coordination, negotiation, and deal closure.
This role requires a highly ownership-driven professional who can independently generate business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
