Senior Business Development Executive (Advertising)

Salary: Maximum Package is limited to 4.8 Lakhs per annum

Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for work from home. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of clients for the agency. The person will conduct outreach, pitch services, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts while maintaining long-term client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, managing key accounts, tracking performance against sales targets, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership. The role also includes representing Bombay Brandworks at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to enhance the agency's market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with experience in building and managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong Communication Skills with great hold on Spoken English and Hindi
• Solid Business acumen, with the ability to understand client challenges and propose effective creative and strategic solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven Account Management experience, with a track record of nurturing and growing client relationships.
• Past experience in advertising, branding, or creative agencies is highly beneficial
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet revenue and growth targets.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and willingness to attend in-person client and team meetings in Mumbai.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
