Job Title: Business Development Executive – IT Solutions (B2B Field Sales)

Location: Delhi NCR / Noida

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month + Incentives + Travel Allowance

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive (B2B Field Sales) who can generate leads, meet clients in person, and close deals in the IT solutions space.

This role requires strong on-ground execution, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new B2B leads through field visits, networking, cold outreach, and references
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners, IT heads, and decision-makers
  • Pitch and sell IT solutions such as:
  • Cloud Solutions
  • Cybersecurity
  • Networking & IT Infrastructure
  • Data Backup & Disaster Recovery
  • Understand client requirements and recommend customized solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
  • Manage complete sales cycle: lead → meeting → proposal → negotiation → closure
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM systems
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project execution

Required Skills
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / IT Sales / Field Sales
  • Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, or Cybersecurity
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in face-to-face selling and client meetings
  • Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong hustle mindset
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in IT services / System Integrator / Cloud / SaaS sales
  • Prior experience selling enterprise or corporate solutions
  • Own vehicle preferred for local travel
