About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive (B2B Field Sales) who can generate leads, meet clients in person, and close deals in the IT solutions space.
This role requires strong on-ground execution, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new B2B leads through field visits, networking, cold outreach, and references
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners, IT heads, and decision-makers
- Pitch and sell IT solutions such as:
- Cloud Solutions
- Cybersecurity
- Networking & IT Infrastructure
- Data Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Understand client requirements and recommend customized solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Manage complete sales cycle: lead → meeting → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project execution
Required Skills- 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / IT Sales / Field Sales
- Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, or Cybersecurity
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Confidence in face-to-face selling and client meetings
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
- Self-motivated with a strong hustle mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in IT services / System Integrator / Cloud / SaaS sales
- Prior experience selling enterprise or corporate solutions
- Own vehicle preferred for local travel
