Senior Business Development Engineer

We're Hiring | Business Development – Engineering Software & 3D Technologies

Kadkraft Systems is looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive sales of our portfolio of CAD, Engineering Simulation Software, 3D Printers and 3D Scanners.

Job Location: Mohali, Punjab

Territory: Punjab | Haryana | Himachal Pradesh | J&K

Experience: 3–5 years in B2B sales of CAD / CAE / Simulation / 3D Printing / 3D Scanning or similar engineering solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts

• Identify and engage manufacturing, engineering and industrial customers

• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technology solutions

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and customer meetings

• Build strong relationships with customers and technology partners

• Achieve territory sales and business development targets

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related technical field

• 3–5 years of relevant B2B sales experience

• Good understanding of engineering software and/or 3D technologies

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory

Priority for candidates based in Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula and nearby areas, with a willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
