Role Overview
We are hiring high-energy, target-driven sales professionals with prior EdTech sales experience to join a fast-growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-oriented environment and enjoy consultative selling while helping learners make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective learners and explain available upskilling programs
Understand candidate career goals and recommend suitable learning solutions
Follow up consistently with prospects to drive enrollments and conversions
Maintain daily input/output metrics and achieve sales targets
Handle objections confidently and close deals through consultative selling
Provide a high-quality experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups
Build strong relationships with learners throughout the sales journey
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Minimum 1 year of EdTech sales experience
Strong target-driven / quota-based sales background
Proven ability to close deals and handle objections
Education:
B.Tech / B.Com / BBA Preferred
M.Tech / MBA (Marketing & Sales) Preferred
