Job OverviewWe are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professionals who are passionate about sales and helping learners achieve their career goals. This role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right upskilling programs.
Key Responsibilities- Reach out to potential learners via calls, messages, and other channels
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Counsel prospects on career opportunities in tech domains
- Follow up consistently and manage the entire sales cycle
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong interest in Sales & Business Development
- Prior experience in IT Sales / EdTech Sales (mandatory for experienced roles)
