What Will You Be Doing
- Connect with prospective learners through phone/video calls to understand their career aspirations and provide tailored guidance.
- Counsel learners to help them make informed decisions about their career growth and how NIAT can accelerate their journey.
- Drive the complete sales cycle — lead engagement, need analysis, program explanation, objection handling, closing, and post-sale support.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and uniqueness of NIAT Program during conversations and demos.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment & revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and feedback in the CRM to ensure smooth follow-ups.
- Share learner insights and feedback with the marketing and operations teams to improve overall processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience, ensuring every interaction is respectful, empathetic, and impactful.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in EdTech (preferred) / B2C Inside Sales (experience in counselling-led sales preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), strong interpersonal abilities, and confident presentation skills.
- A structured approach to sales, follow-ups, and target achievement.
- Highly motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented individuals with a genuine interest in helping learners succeed.
- Empathetic, patient, and passionate about making a difference in learners lives.
Languages Known
- Native speakers of Tamil
- Excellent proficiency in English is an added advantage

- Work from Office (chennai)
- 6-day working week
- Rotational Week off
