Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive Senior Business Development Associate to own the final stage of the sales funnel and drive learner enrollments. In this role, you will engage directly with prospective learners calling parents & take follow-ups on career and program benefits, and ensure high conversion rates through structured follow-ups. This is an individual contributor role focused on maximizing enrollments while delivering a seamless learner experience.
