Your MissionSales & Lead Generation:
Generate qualified leads across multiple channels
Close deals and smash monthly sales targets
Develop winning sales strategies for creative services
Negotiate contracts and pricing
Client Success:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Ensure client satisfaction and retention
Act as primary contact for key accounts
Must-Haves3+ years proven sales experience (preferably marketing/creative services)
Sales and communication skills that feel like second nature
Track record of consistently exceeding targets
Strong relationship-building abilities
Experience managing client portfolios
Nice-to-HavesB2B sales experience in fashion, hospitality, real estate, or beauty
