Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Experience: 1+ Years

Department: Business Development / Sales

Industry- EDTECH Preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective customers through calls and follow-ups
  • Understand customer requirements and qualify their career goals
  • Guide prospects through available tech programs/services
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with existing prospects
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and conversion targets
  • Maintain accurate daily input/output metrics
  • Update and manage leads in CRM tools (LSQ preferred)
  • Build strong relationships with prospects through consultative selling

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / IT Services
  • Undergraduate degree in any stream (Preferred: B.Tech)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong passion for sales and target achievement
  • Preliminary knowledge of LSQ (LeadSquared) or similar CRM tools
  • Highly committed attitude toward daily performance metrics
