Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers through calls and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and qualify their career goals
- Guide prospects through available tech programs/services
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with existing prospects
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate daily input/output metrics
- Update and manage leads in CRM tools (LSQ preferred)
- Build strong relationships with prospects through consultative selling
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / IT Services
- Undergraduate degree in any stream (Preferred: B.Tech)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong passion for sales and target achievement
- Preliminary knowledge of LSQ (LeadSquared) or similar CRM tools
- Highly committed attitude toward daily performance metrics
