Scope for the Role
- Work closely with business units to develop new and emerging technology use cases.
- Develop and maintain the current-state and future-state business architecture, ensuring a coherent and connected enterprise view.
- Understand the organization's long-term strategic direction and translate it into actionable architectural guidance across all domains.
- Use capabilities as the foundation for structuring transformation programs, investment discussions, and enterprise roadmaps.
- Provide expert architectural input to guide new initiatives, ensuring alignment with the target business architecture and organizational priorities.
- Act as a steward of business architecture artifacts, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility across the organization.
- Deliver an annual technology and business trends assessment to support strategic planning and leadership decision-making.
- Offer a cross-organizational, enterprise-wide perspective to leadership teams, supporting informed prioritization and alignment.
- Enable stakeholders to understand the business architecture's value in shaping digital transformation and operational excellence.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and technology units to ensure alignment and shared understanding of strategic goals.
- Drive consensus on architectural decisions and clarify how business architecture supports and accelerates change across the organization.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree preferred.
Experience
- 12+ years of relevant experience in Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, or related domains.
- Relevant experience in Telecom, IT, and ICT domains.
- Experience working with telecom technologies and emerging technology use cases.
